• Next Wait for a response from us either by Phone (local area only) and/or by e-mail. Your E-Mail will contain a Repair Number and Shipping Instructions.
• Ship out your package and let us do the rest, its that easy.

Omega Designs WILL NEVER permanently add or remove anything to or from the computer without first speaking with the Owner, unlike other repair companies. This means there will be no surprise charges on your bill our promise to you our customer.

All shipping charges are paid for by the product owner.
